The hotel has 31 rooms subdivided in 26 doubles, 4 singles and 1 suite named after Giovanni Borghi. With regard to conventions, the main hall may be divided into two separate rooms for a total capacity of 300 people; the other 3 are smaller but are just as bright and as well equipped and are ideal for meetings and small conventions, they can in fact hold up to 50 people. The hotel also has a parking area for 80 cars.
