Location Hotel Avance is a newly built designer business hotel in a quiet street right outside of the pedestrian zone of the Old Town. Rooms The hotel's standard business rooms are a generous 36m2 (approx. 390 sq. ft) with queen size beds, designer furnishings, LCD TV, minibar, desk and safe (fits a 15'' notebook computer). All rooms are airconditioned and non-smoking. Each room is equipped either with bath or shower (indicate preference in booking form), hair dryer, the toilet is located in the bathroom. An extra bed can be added to every room and children's cots are available on request. Suites are 70m2 (approx. 750 sq. ft) in size, they feature a terrace or balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. Bathrooms in suites contain both a bath and shower.
