This apartment complex is situated on the coastline at Protaras. There are various restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and other amenities in the immediate vicinity. The centres of Paralimni and Protaras are only about a 5-minute drive away and Agia Napa is only 15 minutes from the hotel. Just before visitors reach the city they will find a peaceful bay with a fine, sandy beach and crystal-clear water. There is a bus stop around 800 km from the hotel.This air-conditioned complex has a 24-hour reception desk and currency exchange counter and, due to its location, is ideal for family holidays.Each of the villas has a large living room on the ground floor and 2 or 3 bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bath/ shower. They are fully air-conditioned (individually adjustable) and are complete with the latest in interior decoration, with the best materials and luxuriant furnishings. They all come equipped with a hairdryer, direct dial telephone and double bed, as well as all the latest technology, including a colour TV, a DVD player and a stereo CD player. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge, a washing machine, a toaster, a kettle and a full set of chinaware. Guests are also provided with either a balcony or a terrace.In the middle of the landscaped gardens there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace, complete with sun loungers and parasols.
