The hotel is located towards the top end of Zermatt, by the river which flows through the centre of the village. Just opposite is Zermatt's pretty little graveyard and churchThe newly renovated rooms vary a lot in style due to the age of the building, but most are small to medium in size. They are all decorated in rustic Swiss style with carved wood ceilings giving them a lovely cosy feel. Many rooms have views of the Matterhorn. Both the rooms and the beautiful, fully tiled bathrooms are now in exceptional condition.The breakfast room is located on the lower ground floor. For arrivals during the periods of January 7th 2012 - 27th 2012 and March 26th 2012 - April 8th 2012, arrivals are only possible on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. No arrivals are possible on Thursdays or Fridays.
