The La Marquesina Boutique Hotel finishes its works in 2019 and officially opens its doors in April of that year. It is a small and cozy urban hotel located in the center of Corralejo, a tourist enclave with unmatched characteristics, very close to all leisure resources (restaurants, shops, excursions ...), transport (for taxi, stop / bus station, port) and health (emergency, health center, private hospital and pharmacy). The infrastructure shows a careful and clean design, simple but which, in turn, denotes good taste with a decoration without excess. Despite being a hotel with only 18 rooms and 4 floors, it has 2 elevators to facilitate, to the greatest extent possible, accessibility to the rooms and common areas (reception, cafeteria, swimming pool, solarium ...). The Hotel Boutique La Marquesina has two types of rooms: Deluxe sea view with balcony (one of them accessible, adapted for people with reduced mobility) and Premium sea view with balcony. All of them are equipped with TV with international channels (satellite), internet (WiFi and via RJ45 plug if you want a more reliable connection for people who need it for work), air conditioning, heating, kettle, hairdryer, iron and board Ironing and balcony with sea view, as well as room service, on the other hand, Premium rooms have a capsule coffee machine (in Deluxe rooms it is possible to obtain it on request and free of charge). The most notable difference between the Premium and Deluxe rooms is the view, since from the Premium rooms they have a beach view and, in addition, view to Isla de Lobos and Lanzarote and the distribution, since all the Premium are located in corners, likewise , 3 of the 5 Premium rooms offer a hot tub (the other two come equipped with a shower). On the third floor is the heated pool, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for free, in the Solarium (4th floor) you can enjoy a space where you can sunbathe while enjoying one of the most impressive views of Corralejo.
