Located in the heart of Denvers newly renovated but historic district of Lower Downtown the hotel is within walking distance of restaurants bookstores shopping galleries the 16th Street Pedestrian Mall which offers a free downtown shuttle sporting venues and popular Nightspots. Approx 30 miles west of from Denver International Airport Approx 120 miles east of Vail Due to ongoing and unprecedented events throughout the world that have had a tremendous impact on our industry. The Maven is an industry changing vibrant independent hotel concept in Dairy Block Denvers most innovative new urban development. The Maven is Located on the corner of 19th and Wazee Streets in the Lower Downtown LoDo block that once housed the Windsor Dairy. The Maven features an energetic lobby designed by Brooklyn based design studio Creme Jun Aizaki Architecture and Design. The lobby eliminates traditional boundaries creating a unique connection between The Alley and the hotel an inviting space that welcomes both locals and visitors. The Maven celebrates local talents with a rotating collection of creative art and handmade products. The hotel features 172 rich and modern guest rooms and 2300 square foot ballroom with hardwood floors and a mixture of exposed brick and wood walls. One end of the ballroom offers a stage and garage doors that open onto The Alley to host concerts and other events
