This delightful apartment complex enjoys a strategic setting at the heart of Kuah Town. The complex is easily accessible to many of the town's main attractions, lying just a 15 minutes' walking distance from Kuah Jetty. Guests will appreciate this convenient setting, which is just a 25 minutes' driving distance from Langkawi International Airport. This delightful complex affords guests a veritable home away from home. The apartment can host 5 people maximum. 5 People will sleep on proper beds, while maximum 2 extra mattresses is allowed upon request with additional fee apply and will be located at living room area. Kids aged 0-3 can stay for free if they share the existing beds. The 4 years old and above need extra mattress. So please be honest and key in the correct number of people upon booking.Please note that we reserve the right to charge RM30 per person per night for extra persons found uninformed. “With reference to Trade By-Laws under the Local Government Act 1976 of the Government of Kedah Darul Aman, hotel guests are committed to Tourism Fees of MYR3.00 per unit per night of stay as determined and imposed by the Municipal Council of Langkawi, which is not included in the reservation and will be collected by the hotel upon check in.” "A Tourism Tax of MYR 10 per unit per night is applied to all foreign guests. Key Deposit MYR 200 per unit apartment. Guest is required to collect access card and check in at Langkawi Seaview Hotel. Guest is welcome to use hotel indoor swimming pool and gym. Please note that we DO NOT provide daily cleaning. However, we do have cleaning service upon request, with additional fee of RM 90 per service. This includes house basic cleaning, change of bed linen and towels, but not dish washing. Apartment is strictly non smoking.
