A modern building of 60 apartments with a dimension of 47 square meters the studios and 62 square meters the duplexes. Spacious and bright apartments- Each apartment has a plasma-screen TV, a safe, individually regulated air conditioning and heating and a kitchenette with microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, basic kitchenware and free Wi-Fi. The studios are diaphanous and composed of a double bed and two single beds. There are also only one double bed. On the other hand, the duplexes have separate rooms, a room with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower. Some of the apartments have a terrace. It offers free outdoor parking with direct access to the apartments.
