The complex consists of detached villas each with their own private swimming pool in the area of Cap D'artruix / Cala'n Bosch.

There are three bedrooms; one double with en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes and two twins with fitted wardrobes. There is a separate bathroom.

The living/dining area is furnished with sofas, dining table, television with tdt, dvd and satellite with limited English channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob and microwave and all the necessary kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.

From the living/dining area there is access the furnished terrace where you will find the private swimming pool and the bar-b-q. Additionally each villa is surrounded by a small garden area.
