The guesthouse is located in San Sebastian de los Reyes, close to the airport, the centre of Madrid, IFEMA and other important business and industrial zones, as well as leisure attractions (including Place North, Diversia and Gran Manzana). The nearest train and metro stations are just a few minutes' walk away and Madrid-Barajas International Airport is around 14 km away. The building, constructed in 2001, consists of 15 rooms across 3 floors. It offers air conditioning, a lobby with lift access and a TV lounge. WLAN Internet access is also provided.
