ARAI RYOKAN

Arai Ryokan is an old established hotel by the Katsura River. Fifteen buildings of the hotel including guest rooms and communal baths are registered as the national tangible cultural assets. Among them, the main communal bath designed by a master of Japanese painting artist, Yasuda Yukihiko, is highly reputed. Our guided tour of the cultural assets is also well received by our guests.
