This residence is situated in Içmeler right at the heart of the popular tourist destination of Marmaris, just minutes from the beach and 9 km from the resort town. The hotel was built in 2001 and refurbished in 2008 and consists of 197 rooms on 4 floors in 4 blocks. There are 2 outdoor pools and children's pools with sun-bathing terraces where the whole family can enjoy a day of water fun. There is also a homely bar and an air-conditioned restaurant.
