There are 2 lifts and a free car park (subject to availability).\n\nLocation\nThis beach apartment complex is situated 12 minutes from Levante beach and 15 minutes from Benidorm centre and Old Town. 300 m away a large offer of restaurants, bars and shops can be found and nearby there is public transport.\n\nRooms\nThe apartments have 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, complete bath room, equipped kitchen with vitro-ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, coffee/tea pot, iron and utensils. In the dining/living room there is sofa bed, furniture, heating and television. They all have a terrace, some of which are glazed terraces.\n\nSport\nThe complex has an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children and a sun terrace.
