CHALET KILAUEA

Located in the town of Volcano on Hawaii's Big Island, this eco-friendly hotel provides a unique and memorable stay between the Ola'a rainforest reserve and Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park. Here visitors can enjoy hiking, volcano viewing, and even exciting helicopter tours in addition to excellent golfing and beautiful black sand beaches. The black sand beach at Punalu'u offers swimming, snorkeling and seasonal sea turtle viewing just a half-hour drive from the hotel, while the popular Mauna Kea State Park is about an hour's drive away. After a long day of island adventures, guests can relax in the large hot tub or in the garden by the peaceful koi pond. This establishment is comprised of 3 small chalets. Double Queen rooms are located in the Chalet Kilauea, Standard rooms are located in the Lokahi Lodge chalet and Double Sharing Bathroom rooms are located in the Volcano Hale chalet.
