BELLEVUE VILLA

Bellevue is a complex of studios,apartments bungalows and suites that surely has the best views in town.\nThe rooms are medium to large, simply but tastefully furnished with open plan bedrooms and living/lounge areas with small fridge and coffe-tea facilities. All have balconies overlooking the sea below or the majestic cliffs, and all have air conditioning (at an extra charge) and refrigerator. The small restaurant and bar offers a daily menu of proper Cretan cuisine, made of local ingredients. \nPosition \n\nBellevue is a complex of studios and apartments 17 km from\nHeraklio city and airport and approx.250 m.from national motorway leading\neast to Heraklio and west to Rethymnon and Hania.\nThe complex has a fantastic view of the Cretan sea, mountains and the\nvillage of Agia Pelagia and Ligaria beach .\nIt is situaded 1200 meters from the fishing village of Agia Pelagia and it\nis built on an elevated position(95 meters above sea level) over the Ligaria\nbeach that is 900 meters away. Both beaches have sand and pebbles\nThe customers can use a footpath with steps or local road to\nvisit the village and the beach .\n\n\n\n\nRooms\n\nThe studios for two persons They are 25-30 sq.m aprox.\nThey are a combination of living room/bedroomone with a separate toilet\nwith bath or dusch/wc,balcony or terrace.They have a double king size bed\nor double bed, or two single beds on request . \nThey have also telephone satellite TV, radio,heating / air conditioning\n(extra charge), Kitchenette with fridge and simple cooking facilities. \nThe same facilities have the apartments 30-35 sq.m \nThe apartments for 2 persons have a door between the main sleeping area of\nthe kitchenette were there are one douple bed.\n The suittes,more decorated and with more space and view.(The suites do not have kitcinetes only fridge and coffe and tea facilities.\n\nFacilities \n\n\nOn upper level- the traditional styled Taverna, with safes\n small extra charge and tv room local channels .Studios and\napartments all with their own entrance- are situated in elevated gardens\nwith steps leading to the picturesque pool area fresh water with sun\nloungers and umbrellas included in price .\n\n Continental breakfast (extra charge 7 euro pro person )and set evening meal (extra charge)menu is served in the\nTaverna .\n\nA range of water sports and schools are available on both Aghia Pelagia and\nLigaria beaches. And they include scuba diving and water ski-ing . \n\nLand house catagory 3 star Complex of 18 studios and apartments . \n \n Credit cards accepted VISA ,MASTERCARD,DINERS,and AMEX .\n \n Cleaning 2x times per week . Bed linen - hand towels and bath towels are\n changed 2x week .
