CASA SANTOS MURTEIRA

Located in the historic town of Alcáçovas, near Évora, a UNESCO world heritage site, was originally built to be a diligence station. It was purchase by Santos Murteira family to be there home. In 19th century they build the second floor for the family accommodation and several infra-structures around the main house to support the farming activities. This charming Alentejo Manor House is decorated with antiques and beautiful furniture, paintings and gorgeous tapestries.
