Helena Sands hotel is located 30 m from beach, at 2 km from the centre of Sunny Beach and shares a large and beautiful complex with gardens with  hotel Helena Park.

Build in 2004, renovated in 2016, 1 building, 8 floors, 4 lifts.206 rooms and suites, including 2 rooms for disabled. Reception, air conditioning in the public areas. Lobby bar, pool bar, main restaurant with terrace, theme restaurant “Blue Lagoon”, conference room (40/ 190 seats in Royal Palace Helena Park), currency exchange, rent-a-car, laundry services, shops,  newspaper kiosk, beauty studio, hairdresser’s, Spa Center, free Wi-fi at the public areas and in the rooms.

Air conditioned hall for non-smokers. The smoking area is on the terrace of the

restaurant. Drinks are served at meal-time in the main restaurant.
