Mount Quincan Crater Retreat

Situated one hour from Cairns in the heart of the lake and waterfall region of the Atherton Tablelands, Mt Quincan Crater Retreat offers couples a unique luxurious, hosted accommodation experience. The six exclusive pole treehouses have been sensitively nestled on the rainforest slopes of the Mt Quincan volcano to maximise privacy of the existing surrounds. No cabin is accessible or visible from another. The swivelling wood fire as well as the double spa which boasts spectacular views of the crater and the surrounding tableland landscape adds to this truly romantic excape. The Retreat is also home to the rare tree climbing kangaroo. The Retreat offers guests guided rainforest tours as well as a selection of pampering packages to enjoy in the privacy of the treehoujse. Full country breakfast provisions are provided for each morning. A variety of self-guided bushwalks are available - platypus in the creek, kangaroos in the trees!!
