The hotel is located in the pretty village of Sarnen which is close to the attractive Sarner lake and within easy travelling distance to Lucerne.The bedrooms are of average size and are decorated in modern style with all the usual facilities expected of a first class property. Both they and the bathrooms are in very good condition.There are 03 restaurants an intimate A La Carte restaurant, a larger, more rustic style restaurant serving traditional dishes and an authentic Chinese which is very popular with the locals. There is also a terrace cafe called the "Boulevard" which is open from March until October offering fresh pizzas made on the premises as its speciality.Although, the hotel was built in the eighties, the exterior of the building is in traditional chalet style.The lobby area is small and leads to the entrance of the restaurant.This hotel is particularly suitable for groups looking for an alternative destination to Lucerne, and for individuals wishing to explore central Switzerland.
