Christophe Baffos is the chef - he really knows how to prepare traditional dishes and his own personalized recipes, making good use of the best local produce and local wines from independent producers. His specialities include: meat, fish, game in season, grilled pork scratchings, chitterling sausage in Vouvray wine.
