On the banks of the River Creuse, at the heart of Aubusson, a small, charming town dating back to the Middle Ages, and also the global capital of tapestry-making, the Hotel de France, a former 18th century coaching inn, retains the hallmarks of its historic past whilst offering high levels of comfort for the well-being of guests. In a warm and welcoming setting, in which the works of local artists are often exhibited (tapestries and cartoons, oil paintings and water colours) our gastronomic restaurant proposes a range of tasty and inventive dishes made with the very best regional produce.
