RESTAURANT Located on the banks of the river near the thermal baths, this restaurant with mountain views has a lovely bright dining room with beautiful furniture, designed by a cabinetmaker famous for contemporary tables which are also very nicely laid. The ideal atmosphere to discover a generous, classic cuisine that sets out to serve up well-chosen seasonal produce. It’s all about sincerity and honest flavours with traditional offerings such as a sweetbread tagliatelle with courgette bursting with flavour, with a soft, well balanced raspberry cream almond cake to finish the meal off. Good selection of wines including forty references covering Languedoc, Roussillon, Ariège and the south-west of France.
