This 1 star student dorm is located in Novie Doma district of Kharkiv only 6km from the football stadium and 9km from the city center. The complex consists in two buildings, the main building features a cafeteria that is currently being refurbished and rooms are located in the annex. All rooms are quadruple and very basic with no facilities in room. There are 4 showers with open stalls in the first floor and two bathrooms per floor consisting in one bathroom with toilet and another bathroom with two shared toilets. Other facilities are a TV room with satellite and WIFI. There are shops and restaurants within 400m distance and bus stop is only 50m away and connects with both the city center and the stadium.All rooms are quadruple and very basic with no facilities in room.
