30 km west of Rovaniemi, River Sonkajoki (at a broader point, where river width is approximately 200 m) 30 m, located in a small holiday village, shallow shore, sand bottom, boat in shared use, shore shared. There are 3 jettys and campfire place on the shore.
Log villa, built in 2014, living area with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, sauna (electric stove), shower room, separate toilet, walk-in closet, large covered porch, wheelchair ramp to the porch, low thresholds.
There are 2 TVs (one in the bedroom).

Owner rents electric outboard motor for boat.
The cottage can be booked for less than a week at all times, except during Christmas and the new year.
Weekend bookings will end at 12.00.
Caravans, hot tub, camping or mobile homes are not allowed on the plot. Rovaniemi and Ounasvaara 30 km, the Arctic Circle and Santa Claus Village 40 km, airport 40 km.

The cottage is well suited for watching the Northern Lights when they occur.
