The Picasso Apartments is a self-catering complex situated in Benidorm, Spain. Guests can enjoy a private balcony, while the kitchens come fitted with an oven, fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities. The lounge features a two-person sofa-bed, and satellite television.\n\nOther facilities at the Picasso Apartments include a front reception desk, elevators and parking. Outside these hours, all guests have to ring the intercom in order to get in touch with the porter.* \n\n##Location\n The apartments are situated in the Rincon de Loix area in Benidorm, just 600 m away from the Levante sandy beach and close to the lively resort centre, where many shops, bars and restaurants can be found. The property is situated on a hill, so it may not be suitable for those with restricted mobility. \n\nThere are a wide selection of tourist attractions in the area, such as Spain's largest theme park at Terra Mitica, or the Paramount Pleasure Park, with its classically themed water rides and live stage shows. \n\n##Accomodation\n All the apartments have a balcony and are suitable for up to 4 persons. All are equipped with a double bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. All of them come with bathroom and equipped kitchen with vitro ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, as well as all basic cooking utensils as standard. Also, there is TV with international channels (coin-operated). \n\n\nPlease note A breakage deposit of 250 euros must be paid upon arrival to the hotel. This will be refunded at the end of your stay upon satisfactory inspection of the room.\n\nKey collection at the apartments from 09 00AM to 01 00PM and from 04 00PM to 08.00PM.
