Located in the Rincon de Loix, at some 500 m from the beach Levante.\n\nThe apartments Picasso are situated on a hill side within walking distance to the touristic centre with its large variety of shops, bars and restaurants. This complex services include a lobby with reception (open limited hours), lift, TV room, bar-café, swimming pool, sun terrace with sun beds and parasols, parking.All the apartments have TV (extra charge), kitchen with fridge and basic kitchen utensils, complete bathroom (bath/shower) and balcony.**Apartments with 1 bedroom: Sofa Bed for the 3rd/4th person.***IMPORTANT: Reception open MON-FRI from 09:30 until 13:30 and from 16:00 until 19:00,SAT-SUN 9:30-13:30. Out this office hours keys at Buenavista Apts situated at Ciudad Real street nº 3.**Cleaning, change of towels and linnen: once a week. (for stays of 7 nights, cleaning only in departure day included, there will be no cleaning during the stay)**- An indemnity deposit is to be paid locally upon arrival (about 150EUR/room). Deposit will be refunded accordingly at the end of the stay. The refund of the deposit will be made within the reception hours.
